After dodging colds and flu the entire winter the rhino virus hit me full throttle yesterday.
it's eighty degrees in East Tennessee today and while I love that temperature it doesn't go well with a cold. I feel like I've been run over by strippers picking up money after a Pac-Man Jones visit. My nose is dripping, my arms and legs ache, my throat is raw and my ears are stopped up. And food has no taste. Just wonderful.
My timing isn't good either. I have tickets to the Springsteen concert in Charlotte over the weekend. I'm still planning on going to that even though it may sound muted to me.
I've alienated the weather gods or someone. This is cruel and unusual punishment for this time of year.
